A client's page

Open any client to see everything about that one account in one place: its drift, its journal, its people, devices, and pools.

Most of the app is org-wide, but sometimes you want everything about a single client in one place. Click a client's name anywhere (the Ledger's biggest-drift list, a statement entry, or the Book) to open its page.

What's on it

A client's page gathers that client's surfaces into tabs:

  • Its drift: the same entries as the Ledger, scoped to this one client.
  • Matrix: this client's per-user license matrix, person by person.
  • Pools: this client's commitment pools, with idle-seat headroom.
  • Devices: this client's devices, if device reconciliation is on.
  • Linked: the vendor accounts and product mappings that feed this client, so you can see exactly what's tied to what.
  • Journal: this client's durable memory: the gaps you've marked expected, the ones due a re-check, and the lines that tied out clean.
  • Settings: per-client options, so you can tune one account without touching the rest.

Why it's useful

When a client asks "what am I paying for?" or you're prepping a QBR, the client's page is the single view that answers it: the money drifting, the licenses per person, the devices, and the renewals coming up, all for that account.
